Is Chiropractic treatment safe?
Let's put your mind at ease and tell you that Chiropractic care is extremely safe. It is the result of a conservative approach to health without the use of invasive procedures or any drugs, all while taking into account your pre-existing health conditions.

What is the treatment like?
The treatment consists of manual spinal manipulation and adjustment to joints of your extremities. With Advanced Biostructural Correction, meningeal release is part of the treatment.

Will the procedures hurt?
In most cases the treatment process is totally pain-free! Occasionally you might feel a stretch or some discomfort during the process, but it usually goes away quickly.

Too young or too old for Chiropractic?
You are never too young or old for chiropractic care. In fact, visits to your Chiro can help anyone enhance physical body functions and posture and maintain good health.

 
 
 

How long is each consultation or session?
Initial Consultations are between 45 minutes to an hour. Subsequent treatment sessions are 10 to 20 minutes with the full attention of the doctor and are only available after a thorough initial consult. Durations may vary depending on conditions.

How long will it take before I see results?
Most patients will start seeing results after their first treatment. However, everyone's bodies and conditions are different and some cases might take a longer period to see results.

 
 
 

How many sessions does it take to reach a full recovery?
After your initial consultation, your doctor will refer to your assessment results to recommend a timeframe for your recovery that will suit your specific condition. The treatment process does require a long-term commitment as it aims to correct your posture for good.

How often will I need to see the chiropractor?
Frequency of treatment depends on your condition as well as personal health goals. It can be as frequent as twice a week to once a month. The frequency also decreases as you progress towards recovery.

 
 
 

I feel better and the pain is gone, am I cured? 
It is great that your pain is gone, that means that the treatment is taking its effects. However, we aim to treat the underlying causes of your pain and not just the symptoms, achieving a full recovery and making sure the pain never returns.

What can I do to further help myself on top of the treatment?
Your doctor will provide advice on sleeping, standing and sitting postures, good practice of good posture will speed up your healing process and cultivate habits that will last a lifetime.

 
 
 

Should I purchase treatment packages?
Sure individual payments can be made after every session but the packages are tailored to provide reduced fees for your treatment. 

What should I wear for treatment?
T-shirts and shorts as you would while you are relaxing at home are perfect for treatment. However, there are no restrictions to what you should wear. Wear whatever, is comfortable for you!
